How to send a request

Email Founder@nbeh.io with the subject “NBEH data deletion request”, and state your role, the type of request, and the information needed to identify the data concerned.

Helpful information

• Your name and a contact method we can reply to.
• Whether you are a merchant, a store customer, or someone who contacted NBEH.
• The store link or associated account, if applicable.
• A description of the data or interaction concerned.

Don’t send a password, payment details, or a copy of your ID. We may ask for proportionate additional verification when needed.

What happens after the request?

We review the request and verify the requester’s authorization, then carry out the applicable action or explain the reason for any legal restriction. We may coordinate with the merchant when we process data on their behalf.

Does uninstalling the app delete the data?

Removing the app or revoking permissions is different from requesting the disposal of existing data. The effects of each action vary by integration, subscription, and retention policy.

Timing and outcome

Rights requests are handled within the statutory periods explained in the Privacy Policy. Specific data may be retained where a legal ground requires it, and what applies to the request is explained.
